Our primary shipper is USPS or UPS only.
Items are usually shipped within three business days of payment received.
We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays. We will post any other days we close on our main home page under our blog.
We choose a carrier (USPS or UPS) depends on the item. If for any reason you would like a specified shipping method or shipping date, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing the item. We will be happy to accommodate you. However, the shipping and handling cost might change depend on the carrier you request.
Our shipping price covers shipping and handling fees. Insurance is not included.
Insurance is optional but we do recommend it. Please email us if you would like to add insurance.
We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is not taken.
